VOTER REGISTRATION
FFO’s VR program combines voter education, political education, and hotspotting in one of the most successful strategies in the country. Our VR canvass is supported by a robust back-end system built to protect the integrity of our programs and provide rigorous legal and compliance training for all staff that protects both our organization and its clients. We use VR comprehensive tracking and management software that provides not only real time data on our VR program but also assists with quality control and management of offices.

CANVASSING
FFO canvassers have knocked on over 1,000,000 doors in order to engage, educate, and mobilize voters. Our approach is to partner with local community and labor organizations, ensuring that voters are engaged beyond the election cycle – building long-term relationships in neighborhoods across Ohio. The individual knocking on your door matters as much as the voter being targeted. Research tells us the importance of employing canvassers who belong to the communities in which we work.

Our field directors and canvassers have many cycles of experience in running smooth, high-capacity operations up to – and including – Election Day. Effective targeting that pairs the VAN with first-hand knowledge of our own communities keeps our team knocking on the right doors. Similar to the VR program, FFO has a robust back-end team providing human resources, compliance, training, and quality control that allows us to scale up to hundreds of canvassers in a short period of time.
BALLOT MEASURES AND SIGNATURE COLLECTION
Together with our clients, we develop targeted strategies for signature collection, run canvasses to gather needed signatures and qualify those signatures with the state, and build a persuasion program to win on election day.
